2. Registration & Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and assume all risks associated with it. You grant us a license to use Your Content to provide and improve the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

SparkChart owns all rights to the Service, including its code, design, and trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

5. Fees and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. You may terminate your use of the Service by closing your account.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkChart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
